â–¶ Other Lives – Reconfiguration
I heard this track on All Songs Considered and now I can’t stop listening to it. Feels like Alt-J.
They also had a song from the band Howard – Falling.
It’s dreamier and now I’m just playing these two songs over and over in my office.
Low Budget Videos Rock
I love me some low-budget creativity. If you have time and creativity you can do a hell of a lot with next to nowt.
Parts & Labor doesn’t have any cash, but I really like their stop motion videos:

There also used to be this company that specialized in grants to bands for $99 music videos. Check out this one from Care Bears on Fire:
And the band that made their name on a smart idea for a video and catchy tune:
Music Video: Rob Cantor – All I need is you
New OK GO video! I won’t let you down
As always, the music is good and the video is amazing.
It starts out great and just levels up and then levels up and then levels up and then breaks the roof off and then it goes to the sky.
I found a lil behind the scenes writeup.
Run the Jewels – Close Your Eyes

True – A Brightly Music Video.
Interesting in that it is a good song and done as HTML5 with WebAudio producing the waveforms and lyrics from the music soundtrack. The video isn’t dynamic – it’s just an html5 video, but still good.
I want to someday use webaudio to drive the video clips in the video as well as draw a waveform…
