This lets me have one <a href="http://morelightmorelight.com/resume_formatter.php?style=xml" title="Matt Katz's Resume in XML" target="_blank">XML</a> source resume that I can present in many formats:

I wrote this in XML and PHP.  That's all very exciting, but <a href="http://www.morelightmorelight.com/articles/google_docs_resume/" title="How to get a multiple formats resume easily">non-developers can achieve the same effect quite easily</a> with help from the lovely folks from Google.
